Some time ago the Mojon Twins released their Amstrad CPC port of their game Sir Ababol 2 (you can download Sir Ababol here). In Sir Ababol 2 you have to guide the main character, Sir Ababol, to the top of the six towers of Freezia. Of course you have to fight against several enemies which you will meet on your way.

The game was developed with the Z88dk cross-compiler by using the PSG player by Wyz, the CPCRSlib by Artaburu and uses the Exomizer 2 compression library by MetalBrain.

Reidrac just released a new jump and run game for the Amstrad CPC. It features awesome graphics, nice music, a lot of screens to explore aaaaaand Ninja Power aka Koga Magic :-). In the game, you play the ninja spy Kitsune who needs to collect the 30 pieces of the Golden Tail, which is a talisman with great power. But you can read more details about the story in the intro of the game. Be sure to download and play it – if possible on a real machine…
You can download the game from Usebox.net and at the end of this news. The ZIP file will contain a disk image, a cassette image and the game manual.

We have the first release in 2013: The spanish Retroworks game studio released the game “Teodoro no sabe volar” (Teodoro can’t fly) for the Amstrad CPC. It is also available for Spectrum and MSX computers. You have to guide Teodoro through the enemy infested castle to warn the nearby kingdoms about the invading menace. As always, beautiful graphics and nice music, so don’t wait and download it from the Retroworks page (currently only the cassette version is available – the disk version will follow within the next days).
